How we handle your data
Last updated 3 November 2026. Data controller: SolidCode Ltd, company no. 11438125, 372c Green Lanes, London N13 5PD. Contact: [email protected].
If you send us an enquiry
We keep your name, email address, business name and message so we can reply and, if you go ahead, do the work. The message is emailed to us through Resend, our email provider, and stored in our mailbox. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. We never sell or share your details, and we do not send newsletters.
If we contacted you with a website preview
We sometimes build a preview of a new website for a business and send it to the owner. To do that we use information the business has already made public: its own website, Google Business Profile, and the Companies House register (company number, directors' names, registered office). We process this under legitimate interests, as business-to-business marketing to limited companies, and we keep it in a private tracker for up to 12 months, or 90 days after a business tells us it is not interested, whichever is sooner.
Preview pages are not listed in search engines. When someone opens a preview page we record the time, the page, the device type and the town the connection appears to come from, so we know whether to follow up. We do not record IP addresses, names or anything typed into the demo booking form, which sends nothing.
If you would rather we did not contact you again, reply to the email or write to [email protected] and we will delete your details and take the preview down within 7 days.

This site uses no cookies, no Google Analytics and no advertising trackers. We record page opens on our own server with the time, page, device type and approximate town, derived from the connection by Cloudflare, which hosts the site. The IP address itself is not stored.
Your rights
